Vibrating Probe Level Switch

The Vibrating Probe Level Switch of the ZYC type is a general type for liquid level switch. The internal crystal of the Vibrating Probe Level Switch can resonate. The frequency changes when the vibrating probe immerse into liquid and solid, which can generate a switching value output for control and alarm. It is widely used in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, light industry, building materials and environmental protection industries. It provides the alarm and control for the high and low limits.

High adaptability: the different electrical parameters and density of the detected material do not bring any undesirable effect to the detection. The undesirable conditions have no effect to the detection either, including fouling, churning up, bubbling, vibration, medium viscosity, high temperature and high pressure.

Maintenance free: for Vibrating Probe Level Switch , the detection is carried out by electronic circuit, there is no mechanical moving parts involved, therefore, no maintenance is needed after it installation.

No adjustment needed: For Vibrating Probe Level Switch ,as the detection does not be affected by the dielectric parameter and density of the detected material, therefore, no filed adjustment is needed when the detected material is changed.
